Ghana’s COVID-19 Case rises to 3,091

Latest development on Coronavirus update available at the official website of the Ghana Health Service today, May 7, 2020 states the Country’s confirmed has increased to 3,091.

That means 372 new cases were recorded from various parts of the nation.

According to the Ghana Health Service, a total of 137,924 tests have been conducted prior to the novel COVID-19.

The update stated that the number of recovered persons has gone up to 303 from the previous 294.

Regional breakdown

The Greater Accra Region still remains at the top of the case count list with 2,579 cases, followed by the Ashanti Region and the Eastern Region with 165, 95 respectively.

Central Region – 50

Western Region – 32

Volta Region – 30

Upper East Region – 26

Oti Region – 23
